  • WE KNOW FAMILY CONFLICT

    BECAUSE WE ARE FAMILY

Founded by Attorney turned Mediator, Flora Cabean, Cabean ADR is a mother-son team wth expertise and experience working with families in conflict.

Flora truly believes in the power of collaboration to resolve conflict having dealt with more than a fair share of relationship straining disagreements over her legal career. She quickly learned that candid conversation creates trust and trust leads to compromise and consensus. On this premise she created Cabean ADR, building on her many years' experience in family law and interest based negotiation strategies.

When it came to launching the practice it just made sense to bring her son Perry, a Limited License Social Worker, on board to leverage his expertise in working with families in high conflict, often crisis situations.

Combining Flora's legal background, mediation, coaching, and facilitation training with Perry's experience and training as a social worker, Cabean ADR provides court ordered and private mediation, facilitation, and conflict coaching to individuals, couples, siblings, co-parents, family business owners, parents and their children, and adult children and their parents.

OUR MISSION IS TO HELP YOUR FAMILY DEAL WITH DISAGREEMENTS - RESPECTFULLY AND COLLABORATIVELY - SO THAT YOU CAN AVOID EMOTIONALLY AND FINANCIALLY COSTLY LEGAL BATTLES.

  • OUR TEAM

At Cabean ADR, our team is dedicated to helping you get to a lasting solution. We leverage our wealth of experience in mediation, facilitation, negotiation, counseling, brainstorming, and coaching, to guide you through the complexities of your disagreements and challenges.
